Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 May 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and lifestack Consulting Ltd, trading as lifestack ("lifestack", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the lifestack platform, including the website at lifestack.studio and the application at app.lifestack.studio (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, taking the diagnostic, or subscribing, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service on behalf of a company you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. The Service

lifestack is an AI-powered transformation platform. It provides a diagnostic, dashboard, journal, and Chief-of-Staff agent backed by specialist AI agents. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features without prior notice, provided that we will not materially degrade paid functionality during an active subscription term without offering a pro-rata refund.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly at support@lifestack.studio if you suspect any unauthorised access.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

5. Subscription, billing, free trial, and Access Pass

5.1 Diagnostic

The 30-minute diagnostic is free. No payment details are required to take it. You leave with a written portrait whether or not you continue to a paid subscription.

5.2 Access Pass

To unlock the Service after the diagnostic, you purchase a one-time Access Pass. The standard Access Pass price is £119 GBP. Diagnostic completers receive an automatically-applied £70 discount at checkout, bringing the Access Pass to £49 GBP. The Access Pass is a non-refundable setup fee that activates your 15-day free trial of the Service. If you cancel during or after the trial, the Access Pass is retained and the recurring subscription described in section 5.3 does not start.

5.3 Subscription tiers and trial

Purchasing the Access Pass starts a 15-day free trial of the subscription tier you select at checkout. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first subscription charge is processed automatically. Available tiers, all providing identical functional access:

  • Monthly — £275 GBP per month.
  • Quarterly — £750 GBP per quarter.
  • Annual — £2,400 GBP per year.

Subscriptions are billed in advance through our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which Paddle will calculate and collect on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

5.4 12-month commitment

Subscriptions are intended as a 12-month commitment, reflecting the long-arc nature of the transformation work the Service supports. You may cancel from your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no further amounts will be charged. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly provided in these Terms. The Annual tier is priced to reflect a full 12-month commitment paid up front; cancelling an Annual subscription mid-term does not entitle you to a refund of the balance of that term.

5.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page or by emailing billing@lifestack.studio. Cancellation:

  • stops any future recurring charges from the next billing cycle onward;
  • leaves you with access to the paid Service through the end of the period you have already paid for;
  • does not refund the Access Pass or any fees already paid (see 5.2 and 5.4); and
  • does not delete your data — see our Privacy Policy for retention.

5.6 Statutory cooling-off rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU and these Terms grant you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right remains unaffected by anything else in this section 5. To exercise a statutory cooling-off right, email support@lifestack.studio within the applicable period. By requesting immediate access to the digital Service at sign-up, you may waive any statutory cooling-off right to the extent that the Service has already been substantially performed; we will make this clear at checkout where applicable.

5.7 Lifetime-deal and founding-cohort offers

From time to time we make invite-only lifetime-deal or founding-cohort offers available to specific cohorts (for example, alumni of partner programmes, sponsored seats, or our earliest customers). Where you take up such an offer, the following additional terms apply:

  • No free trial. Lifetime-deal and founding-cohort offers are charged in full at sign-up. The 15-day trial described in section 5.3 does not apply.
  • No Access Pass. The Access Pass described in section 5.2 is not charged on these offers.
  • Locked-in pricing. The cohort price (for example £2,000 per year for our founding cohort, or as stated on the offer page you used) is locked-in for the life of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the locked-in price is forfeited and standard pricing applies.
  • Limited availability. Lifetime-deal and founding-cohort offers are capped at a stated number of redemptions. Once the cap is reached the offer closes and cannot be re-opened.
  • Non-refundable. Amounts paid under a lifetime-deal or founding-cohort offer are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel future renewal, in which case the locked-in price is forfeited.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you put into the Service (diagnostic answers, journal entries, goals, stakeholder notes, uploads — "Customer Content"). You grant lifestack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to put Customer Content into the Service and that doing so does not infringe third-party rights or breach applicable law.

7. AI output

The Service uses large language models to generate portraits, briefings, suggestions, and other output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You must apply your own professional judgement before acting on it. lifestack does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and AI output should not be treated as such.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, models, or prompts beyond what is exposed through the public API;
  • resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent;
  • upload content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, malicious, or contains personal data of others without lawful basis;
  • interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including the lifestack name, logos, software, and underlying agent architecture, is owned by lifestack or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

10. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force-majeure events may temporarily affect access.

11. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid lifestack in that period.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may export your data before termination, and after termination our retention policy in the Privacy Policy applies.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. We will give reasonable notice of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and lifestack agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may have additional rights under their local law.
