Who it's for

Operators running businesses between £300K and £5M in revenue. The stage where you're past startup chaos but not yet into the comfort of a full executive team — where the gap between what needs to happen and what you can personally hold gets wider every quarter.

The thesis

Transformation doesn't come from another framework. It comes from the combination of three things most operators never get to assemble in one place: a clear-eyed read of where they actually are, a working operating system for their life and business, and a Chief of Staff who handles the routing so they can stay in the work that matters.

We built lifestack so an operator could walk in, take a real 30-minute diagnostic, and walk out with all three.

How we work

lifestack is built by a small team operating out of the UK, in partnership with an agentic workforce that handles much of the day-to-day product work. We ship in public, sub-process carefully (see our privacy policy), and treat your data as yours.

Operationally, lifestack Consulting Ltd is the legal entity behind the product, and the platform is operated by our sister company Silent Partner — the people who keep the lights on, the database backed up, and the rails running.

A note on AI

We use AI heavily and openly. April and the specialist team are LLM-backed agents, running under zero-retention API terms with our model providers. Your diagnostic answers, journal entries, and operating data are never used to train third-party foundation models. If that changes, we'll tell you first.
